These terms apply when you buy from Jasdera at jasdera.com. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You must be 18 or older to buy, or have a parent or guardian buy for you.
Prices are in naira and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable or wrongly priced, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.
Payment is taken when you order, by card or bank transfer through Paystack. We do not see or store your card details.
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Responsibility for an item passes to you once it is delivered.
Returns are covered by our returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, up to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
